Hampton Tech performs surveys on residential properties, to larger commercial properties.  They also have a network of geotechnical, structural, and environmental associates to get you in contact with if necessary.  Hampton Tech also provides elevation certificates for flood insurance, and can assist with correcting mapping errors when a property is said to be in a flood zone, but in reality is not.
