Construction for homes and townhomes in the Granite Ridge subdivision in South Fayette began back in the 2006 time frame.  Maronda Homes was back then, and still is the builder in the Granite Ridge community. 

Located just off of Robinson Run Road, Granite Ridge is approximately 30 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, and from Washington PA.  South Fayette is the designated school district for Granite Ridge, and it is a school district that is well regarded throughout western Pennsylvania. Granite Ridge offers its prospective buyers a choice of homes and varying townhomes for sale.  Do keep in mind that the availability of homes or townhomes within the resale market is always changing, so check with your Pittsburgh Joe on the current inventory. 

Granite Drive is the main entrance into the community.  The single-family homes range in size of 3 bedrooms to 4 bedrooms.  Square footages span from the 1800s all the way up to over 3000 sq foot in size.  Granite Ridge has different styles homes for sale in regards to the various floor plans.

Granite Ridge in South Fayette also features townhomes aside from single-family homes.  The townhomes are located Gneiss Drive, which is a cul-de-sac and is the first street branching off of Granite Drive as you come into the community.  These townhomes range in age and style. 

These townhomes were built within in the 2009-2011 time frame. All of these are 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths. Some styles of townhomes in Granite Ridge have more pronounced garages that jut out in the front, versus the more integral style of a garage where it is underneath the townhome.  Both styles of townhomes offer plenty of living space.
