"Joe was very professional, timely, quick to respond, and willing to go above and beyond for my husband and I during our home search. He worked around our schedules for house showings and was available with a day's notice when we were interested in viewing a house. He answered all of our questions  and was such a pleasure to be around during this process. "I cannot say enough good things about Joe. We just purchased our first house one week ago today and Joe made the process incredibly easy. Not only did he make the process easy but he made it fun. Joe is also very calm throughout the entire process which helps with the stresses of purchasing a new  home. He took photos of us in front of our new home, in the office at closing, and after we signed all the documents so we could remember our special day. Every time we wanted to view a home he was available to show us. He answered our text messages almost instantly. It was very important to us that we found a realtor that would be okay communicating through text / email since it is easier for us. "Joe was great from start to finish. He setup a customized portal for us and continued to tweak it to match our needs. Joe showed us many houses and remained patient with us throughout. Joe utilizes the newest technology available to ensure the actual buying and selling process is extremely  streamlined. Joe Corsale took all my concerns and plans into consideration and confidently took the lead by relentlessly looking and showing me properties. He helped guide us through the bid process for a short sale that was approved by the selling home owners but unfortunately the bank did not approve and raised the asking price well beyond our means. He then assisted us with our second option for a builders new inventory home that we purchase for a very good price with an additional allowance for a washer, dryer and refrigerator."
